Caspiana Plantation House, an outdoor-indoor wedding venue,and all of its inclusions make for an affordable classic southern venue fit for any budget.
No guest count minimum indoor or outdoor and no vendor exclusions. You can come as you are or your Sunday best.
Come home, kick off your shoes, and stay a while. Let our family take care of your family.

Friday (9am-7pm - Property access for
rehearsal and decorating
Saturday (8am-11pm) - Property access
8am and Main House opens at 12 noon for
2nd dressing area.

Please note:
We require a $1,500 Deposit when the
contract is signed to continue
holding the date. The remaining balance
plus a copy of your event insurance is
due30 days prior to your event and is not
refundable. A $500 damage deposit is due
30 days prior to event and is refundable

Once you have worked out details with vendors, let us take it from there. We will get in touch with them and coordinate their placement and arrival on the property.
We can assist at rehearsal and with the wedding.
You can bring your own food.
Event Insurance is required and due with the final rental payment 30 days prior to event.
Communication with us is the key to less stress.
