What is the building capacity?
We are an indoor and outdoor venue.
Our indoor space (The Greenhouse)
has a maximum capacity of 200
guests. The outdoor space, located on
10 acres of property, can
accommodate up to 200 guests.
Total guests count for event is 200.
What is the rental fee?

Is there a deposit? When are the additional payments due? Do you offer a payment plan?
Yes, there is a deposit due at signing
of contract. Remaining balance due
30 days prior to event. You are
welcome to send additional
payments during the time leading up
to 30 days prior to event, in a sense
creating your own payment plan.
How do I reserve a date?
First, check to confirm the date is
available. Then, bring by or mail in
your deposit. Communication is the
key.
Do I need to schedule a tour or just stop by?
Tours are by appointment only.
Do you offer a wedding-day coordinator?
That phrase has different meanings to
venues verses brides and even
between venues. The last thing we
want is miscommunication. We have
team members that arrive before you
do and stay for the duration of your
event. They are there to help you in
any way that they can (helping you
unload, extra hands decorating,
guiding your guests to the ceremony,
checking on you while dressing and
making sure you are breathing, cuing
you for the ceremony, lighting candles
for reception, unveiling special
portraits, directing vendors, making
sure restrooms are stocked and clean,
emptying trash receptacles when
needed, etc.) We will do everything
we can do to make your special days
here with us go as smoothly and
stress-free as possible. If that’s your
definition, then yes we do.
I can help you with everything wedding as much as you would like.
I have recommendations for vendors and planning ideas.
We can meet many times to talk details.
30 days from your date we will definitely meet and go over all your details.
If you choose our decorations, we will have those in place by Friday.
We will meet and greet all your vendors on wedding day and make sure they are where they need to be.
I will work with your photographer’s timeline to keep you on schedule for all those important pictures.
I will be here for rehearsal and on wedding day making sure everyone is lined up properly and goes at the correct time.
What time does music need to end?
Down by 10PM and ending at 11PM
Can we use our playlist for music and do you have a sound system?
Yes, you can use a playlist and we do
have a sound system.
Are candles allowed?
LED candles
Can nails be used in attaching or hanging decorations?
No, nothing can be attached.
Everything brought out must be free
standing.
How is clean up handled?
We will do all of the clean up. We will also gather your personal decorations if you brought any and pack them up for you.
How will tables and chairs be set up?
We allow you to make that
decision.We can recommend what
works the best.
Can our dogs be a part of our ceremony?
Yes, with Cherrie’s approval. They
must be kept on a lease, must have
someone caring for them at all times
other than bride and groom, and can
not be near food.
Will there be another wedding that day?
No, we only do 1 event per weekend.
You have our full attention.
Do you have specific vendors allowed?
No, but we can give you suggestions
on the ones that we think do an
outstanding job.
Can we have fireworks?
Sparklers are allowed anything else
must be approved by Cherrie.
What do we do if weather does not cooperate?
We are now both an outdoor and
indoor venue. In the event of
inclement weather, The Greenhouse is
the perfect alternative for both
ceremony and reception. There is
4000 SF of space and it contains many
plants and chandeliers and indoor
restrooms.
Can vehicles be left overnight?
NO
Can we bring our own food?
Yes
Can we use the pool?
Pool is not to be used for anything except
ambiance.
Do you take credit cards?
No. Cash or checks.
Can we hang lights from the tree?
If you have something special we will hang
them for you if they are able to be hung.
Do we need to rent a tent for our band or D.J.?
No, we have our 4000sq.ft. greenhouse or a
new 500sq.ft. covered space just for
musical entertainment.
Can we throw confetti?
No, We are sorry, we know that makes
beautiful pictures but it is very hard to
clean up. We can suggest other options.
Can we remove wall hangings and furniture of the venue?
No
Do you offer valet?
No. We have staff along the roads into
parking areas and always staff guiding you
to the next parking spot available.
Do we need to provide security?
If you think you need it. Definitely if alcohol
is served at reception.
Can we use artificial flowers?
You can use artificial flowers everywhere
except as pedals thrown down the aisle.
Is Liquor allowed?
You can hire a Licensed liquor vendor, a
must if you have a cash bar, or you may
hire a bartender who has proof of
completion of a responsible alcohol vendor
course if it is open bar. If liquor is to be
served security must be hired.
Do we need event insurance?
Yes, this is a must have. We can offer suggestions on that as well.
Are we allowed to have rehearsal dinner on site.
no we do not allow for rehearsal dinner.
Are you DIY as far as decorations for the ceremony and reception.
only if you choose to be. We have decor to select from and we will have it placed where you have chosen before you arrive on Friday.
Do you have a ice machine on site?
We do not have a ice machine.
What do we do if it rains?
Our Greenhouse is available for the ceremony if needed.
Our wedding tree site has pavers and we also use a runner so you never have to walk in water or mud.
Our pews also sit on black flowerbed material covered with mulch….guest are not in mud either.
We supply our couples with clear bubble umbrellas. We suggest you mention umbrellas needed to your guest.
