Welcome to the Caspiana Plantation House. Come enjoy the beauty and absorb the rich history while you stroll the grounds. The plantation was established in Spring of 1852 by the Hutchinson family. The 3-story, 5,000 sq. ft. home was built in 1910 and still maintains it's southern charm and beauty on the beautiful land that surrounds it.

We want to share Caspiana Plantation House with others so that other people can have the opportunity to make life-lasting memories in such a beautiful setting. Whether it's a wedding, reception, corporate party, crawifsh boil, holiday party or just a fun get together.
